Journey app launches Android — Health Connect

It’s been a BUSY first quarter at Count. It, and productive. And things are only going to get more exciting in Q2. Don’t believe me, read on for our key product-related headlines…

Engagement R Us: The Journey app is beating expectations: We’re seeing a 70% active engagement rate, with participants checking their challenges on average five times a day, across all groups. That’s high, and we continue to add new features weekl! 🎉

Best. Sync. Ever. Yes, this is a messy business, but we’re determined. We’ve overhauled our tracker interface for Apple Health and Google Fit, and added support for Fitbit and Android Health Connect, which brings connectivity to Samsung Health, Huawei phones, Oura, Whoop, and more.

Good morning, challengers! Every challenger can use a cheerful nudge in the morning. You may have noticed our new Daily Report, arriving promptly each day before work, complete with personalized data and colorful confetti.

Swim, bike, run! Count. It tracks 140+ exercise types in its general exercise challenges; but now admins can create sport-specific challenges for running, cycling, or swimming. Triathlon anyone?

Seek, and ye shall find! When a challenge gets big, with hundreds or thousands of users, you need a good tap-to-search function to find your friend or rival. Good thing we built one of those!

Thou shalt not cheat! Worried some of your users may be overstating their activity? Turn on manual entry flagging, or turn off manual entries entirely.

Coming soon: Wouldn’t it be nice if you could organize your challenge around evidence-based fitness goals, like, for example, the recommendations of the American Heart Association, or the World Health Organization? Shhh, we got you!
